How do I pay for my order?

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below. We also take security extremely seriously indeed and we use Pay Pal's Payment Gateway to ensure that your payments and details are a safe as they can be. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud at all times.

What currencies can I use?

You can pay using UK Pound Sterling (GBP).

When Will I be Charged?

Once your card is authorised, payment will be taken and you goods will be dispatched. A confirmation email will then follow, sent to the email address entered in the payment gateway. If your card is not authorised, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorise the amount. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorised, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.

Payment Gateway security:

  • All payment information is automatically encrypt before being sent between your computer and Pay Pal's servers.
  • When registering or logging in to the Pay Pal site, Pay Pal verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.
  • Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available).
  • Your personal information stored on Pay Pal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

European Tracked (Air mail tracked & signed for): 8.75 for the first item.
Each additional item for European Standard and Tracked: 2.50

ARMOUR RANGE
European Standard (Air mail 7-10 days) : 3.95 per item.
European Tracked (Air mail tracked & signed for) : 4.95 per item.

AERO RANGE
Rest of World Standard (Air mail) : 8.95 for the first item.
Rest of World Tracked (signed for) : 11.95 for the first item.
Each additional item for Rest of World Standard and tracked: 3.50

ARMOUR RANGE
Rest of World Standard (Air mail) : 3.95 per item.
Rest of World Tracked (signed for) : 4.95 per item.

Import Tax: Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. For more information you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and BreezeBlockers Ltd is not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item may be returned to us or even destroyed if too expensive to return. If this happens, we would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to us.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to BreezeBlockers, we aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Unwanted Goods
Products must be returned within 7 days of the date on which you received them. BreezeBlockers will offer a full refund providing the product is in an unopened 'as new' condition. For unwanted goods, BreezeBlockers will not pay for the return postage of the items. Please email us at to inform us if your wish to return the items and a returns number will be provided, which must be included in the packaging when you return your goods. BreezeBlockers recommend the use of a secure delivery method e.g. Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, which insures you for the cost of the items being returned as you are responsible for the returned products until they reach us.

Faulty Goods or Wrong Product
If you receive a faulty product from BreezeBlockers, please contact us using the form on this site or email at within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. BreezeBlockers will provide you with a returns form and advise you how to send the products back to us.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns in person.These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
